Why does CyberPowerPC take so long?

As of January 2021, CyberPowerPC continues faces numerous challenges which include limited supply and production due to limited inventory and minimized staffing to maintain a safe working environment. Therefore we will continue to expect extended lead times in shipping orders.

Can you cancel orders from CyberPower?

Yes. As long as it is within 30 days of the date on your invoice. Note: invoice date is not the date of when your order was placed but the date of when the product was shipped. Important: Any return for any reason (refund, repair, etc), must first be authorized by CyberPowerPC.

Does cyberpower ship on time?

Current build time for all systems before shipping is 3-4 weeks ( all builds, not just 30 series systems), so expect to see a charge go through once the system is built / ready to ship. For a more detailed update feel free to DM your order number or contact our sales team!

How long does CyberPowerPC take to process?

Do CyberPower do refunds?

Services ordered by the “buyer” with the products which include (but are not limited to) premium delivery options, fast-track production, professional wiring, overclocking, will not be refunded except where agreed by the “seller”. The “buyer” must return the products at their own cost and their own risk.
