How is VALSTAR administered?

VALSTAR® is administered intravesically – a flexible tube called a catheter is inserted through the urethra into the bladder, through which the medicine passes into the bladder. Once the procedure is finished, it’s important to hold VALSTAR® in the bladder for as close to 2 hours as possible, before urinating.
