Our online courses make it easy to learn from any location, as long as you have a computer, internet, audio and, in some cases, a webcam and microphone.
Will SFU be online in spring 2022?
On December 23, 2021, president Joy Johnson announced SFU’s temporary return to online classes for the beginning of the Spring 2022 semester. From January 10 to 23, students will attend lectures and seminars remotely. Studio courses and labs will remain in-person.
Is SFU Online Fall 2021?
The fall will be a transitional term; not all courses will be delivered in person, and details about which courses or course sections will be taught remotely or in person will be available online in late June, prior to the start of Fall 2021 enrollment on July 5, 2021.
Is UVic online?
As an online student you’ll benefit from all of UVic’s student services, including library and financial support. You’ll study the same course topics and materials as on-campus students. The only difference is that you’ll interact with your instructors and classmates online or through real-time web conferencing.
Is SFU open right now?
Normal campus operations have resumed. The perimeter doors of most buildings will be open 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please note: the east entrance to the Burnaby campus (and exit from) via the Applied Sciences building will be blocked off from May 4, 2020 until Fall 2021.
