Is the Mogollon Rim Road paved?
We spent maybe 2 hours driving through this but it was the best part of the entire day trip and it was worth it to say we can come back another time to check out payson again. So we came through the west side, east side is partially paved, we made it through with a rented Optima just fine.

How do you drive Mogollon rims?
Drive east on Arizona 260 for 29 miles until it climbs to the top of the Rim. On the right side of the highway sits Mogollon Visitor Center, a small cabin where you can get information and current conditions. Directly across the highway from the visitor center is the eastern end of Rim Road.
