Spaces in the IUP Parking Garage, located off Grant Street, are available for rent to members of the IUP community. Anyone living in an IUP residence hall may purchase a parking pass for the Robertshaw parking lot. Application for students traveling off campus for student teaching or clinical.

Unless otherwise posted, parking is free in the garages beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. On weekdays, EM-S, CH, ST, Evening and Garage permits are permitted to park any in garage when swiping for entry beginning at 5pm, unless otherwise posted.

In-person payments can be made at the Parking Services office during business hours. We accept cash, check, money order, and Crimson Cash as methods of payment over the counter. We do not accept unrolled coins over the amount of one dollar.

Is IUP a party school?
The biggest stereotype is that IUP is a party school. IUP is well known for its parties and the students are well known for their love of said parties. Which mostly involves drinking alcohol.
Is IUP a dry campus?
Possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all university-owned residential buildings except for the Upper Division Community, where residents of legal age are allowed to have alcohol in the privacy of their suites.
