Only one player can receive the Blundergat from the box. However, two players can have a Blundergat if a player already has one before this task is completed. This is the honest way to get more than one Blundergat in a game.

In addition to Mystery Box, the Blundergat can be obtained after collecting five hidden blue skulls around the map by throwing the Hell’s Retriever at them. These skulls can only be seen in Afterlife, although their locations always stay the same each game.

Stay inside the house and begin to kill them and collect the essence they drop. Once all three skulls above the mantle have lit up, place the essences of the Zombies you just killed into the skulls. The fireplace will then light up blue and the Blundergat will respawn.

Note, that the Acid Gat can be upgraded to the Vitriolic Withering via the Pack a Punch, but it’s not necessary if you want the Magmagat, the most powerful version of the gun.

Can you PaP the Acidgat?

The Acidgat is a more powerful Blundergat that adds acid damage to all shots, burning zombies over time. You can continue to upgrade the Acidgat, too! Vitriolic Withering (Acidgat Upgrade): Pack-a-Punch the Acidgat to create a PaP’d version of the Wonder Weapon.

  2. Place the Blundergat in the fireplace.
  3. Charge the three skulls by killing zombies in the house.
  4. Collect the gun and run back to the start of the level.
  5. Touch the blue flames in the barrels along the way.
