Is Mijas Costa hilly?
Mijas Costa is a whole area really, not 1 resort. Fuengirola is likely to be best as there are NO hills whatsoever and local towns easily accessible by train or bus if you want a change. I would endorse Fuengirola as you will have no problems anywhere. Ignore Benalmadena because that really is hilly.
