PNC Grow Up Great® is a $500 million, multi-year, bilingual initiative that began in 2004 to help prepare children from birth to age 5 for success in school and life. To date, the program has supported 8 million children.
What is grow up great?
Inspiring Great Futures for Young Children Since 2004, PNC Grow Up Great® has been helping children from birth through age five develop a passion for learning that lasts a lifetime. We recently announced an additional $150 million to extend the program, now a $500 million initiative!
What does PNC do for the community?
PNC provides support for early learning and educational enrichment programs for children in low-and moderate-income families as well as for the construction of community facilities that benefit low-and moderate-income communities. Support is given for cultural enrichment programs benefitting the community.
How does PNC give back?
Through charitable sponsorships, PNC supports education and community and economic development, which includes the arts, culture and financial education. We sponsor activities and initiatives where our employee volunteers, community leaders, local clients and residents can together drive success.
