The Personality and Preference Inventory (PAPI) is a personality test which is used to determine a person’s personality traits in the workplace. The questionnaire was designed to reveal a person’s behaviours and preferences that may affect their suitability for a various vocations or specific vacant positions.

How long does the PAPI test take?

The PAPI-N incorporates a six-item ‘Social Desirability’ scale. The assessment is untimed but takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Scores are initially computed on 20 scales; 10 role scales and 10 need scales.
