In 1969 the MV Peace, Abie Nathan’s radio ship, sailed from Amsterdam to New York. There it had to stay for three long years through lack of funds. Then at last, after a long and eventful journey, the ship anchored off Tel Aviv in May 1973 where it was sunk in November 1993.
