On average, I fall in 2.5-3. If your cmc is 3.5 or 4, I would guess that either you’re playing a deck like Jhoira or Kaalia, or your deck is the classic sit-around-do-nothing-play-Worldspine Wurm-on-turn-10 deck like EDH is “supposed to be played”.

Is 35 lands enough EDH?
