Is G-Man a God?
The games ending provoked this thought in me; the G-Man is basically a god. Its not just space that he has perfect command over, and he doesn’t simple freeze time, but he actually controls fate itself apparently.
How did G-Man get his name?
No one even knows about him except Gordon and Eli, and Eli calls him “our mutual friend”. Of course, G-Man never introduced himself by name, or really explained who he is at all. So, limiting yourself to only playing the game, would you know his name is G-Man? And yes, I know it’s in the game files.
