The Service Excellence Awards are any Awards that seek to reward and recognize organizations and individuals who excel in serving clients whether in private organisations (Customer Services) or public organisations (Public Service).

The Academic Excellence award consists of a certificate of merit and $50 award money in each of the following categories: top achiever in Year 6 (final year of primary school) top achiever in Year 9 (final year of middle school) top achiever in Year 12.
