The Vortex Viper PST Gen II is an all-around great scope and comes at an excellent price point! I also own a Razor HD-E Gen II and had I not seen the unbelievable glass/clarity on that scope, this one would definitely fit the bill for almost any application. It’s basically a Razor with slightly less glass clarity.
