Neat Scanners are no longer available, and as of July 2018, all Neat brand scanners are now outside of their warranty period.

Why did Neat stop making scanners?
As of July 2018 all Neat scanners are out of warranty. In 2017, we announced that we will no longer be manufacturing or selling Neat scanners. Neat is now focused on providing powerful tools for small businesses to help with bookkeeping and accounting through our Cloud software solutions.

To cancel your Neat subscription follow these steps: Login into Neat at https://app.neat.com/login/ Selecet the ‘Cloud Subscription’ menu option on the left then the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link on the bottom right. Then select your reason for canceling and confirm the cancelation.
