Is Borla Stinger the same as S Type?

Are Borla Stingers loud?

KB FTW. OR/X with stingers here, they are loud, I never got pulled over though. It depends on your state’s or area’s loudness policy, here noone really cares unless you’re doing street blasts at 3am in the morning :banana: And yes orx and stingers are loud, but i like it.

Is Borla S type muffler loud?

As far as sound and durability its hands down to any other muffler ive heard on a v8. Not too loud but just enough to get everyones attention when you get into the throttle. At normal driving and idle it’s very quiet.

Is Borla S-Type louder than touring?

The resonators would make it just a little louder than the Borla Touring CB. It would probably end up a bit quieter than the FRPP touring but not a lot. Using the H-pipe will be a little louder than X, also. The S-type isn’t all that raspy, IMO.

Does resonator go before or after muffler?

In the exhaust system, a resonator is right before the muffler, and it assists the muffler’s objective of reducing a vehicle’s noise. A resonator will alter the sound so that it is more effectively able to be “muffled” by the muffler.
