Furnished and unfurnished one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three bedroom apartments are available. (Due to the popularity of these apartments, it is suggested that new students make reservations as early as possible.) ISU has individual and family housing based on available space.

Dining – Meal Plans are required in all buildings except Wallace and Wilson halls. Gender – Unless otherwise noted, all halls are co-ed by wing/floor (i.e. male identifying on one floor and female identifying on another). A DAS is a double room that is occupied by one resident who has opted not to receive a roommate.

Students will be able to purchase a Garage permit which will allow them to park in the garage and any student (excluding Resident Lots 10 and 14 after 9:00 pm, Sunday – Thursday), remote or staff/student lot (no staff only lots).
