The durability of this shoe is exceptional. Most running shoes can get about 300-400 miles and the Pro 2 definitely can get close to 400 miles if not more. The cushioning used just does not seem to break down as fast as other traditional running shoes .

Does Saucony Endorphin speed have a carbon plate?
Though the Saucony Endorphin Speed uses a Nylon plate instead of a Carbon composite, that doesn’t get in the way of the superlative ride experience. The cushioning is comfortable enough for high-mileage runs, and the snappy plate is speed friendly.
How long will endorphin speed last?
Additionally, the foam can withstand many miles and rebounds nicely after runs. I typically can only get about 275 miles out of any given pair of shoes, but with my Saucony Endorphin Speed 2 I have reached 500 miles and they still feel great.
How far does endorphin shift?
My only caution is taking this shoe on trails will likely wreak the white upper and the smooth outsole. Given the midsole height and durability, I expect a very high number of miles out of this shoe above the industry standard (300-500 miles).
Is the endorphin Pro worth it?
The Saucony Endorphin Pro 2 is 100% made for racing or running at faster speeds. You can do other types of training runs in them and be pleased. I think runners of all skill levels would thoroughly enjoy them. I found that they performed very well for speed workouts and tempo runs.
Can you use endorphin Pro as a daily trainer?
Absolutely! I’ll continue to run in my other daily trainers (Hoka Clifton 6, Asics Gel-Cumulus 22, & New Balance 1080 v10) and do tempo runs/hard efforts in the Hoka Carbon X but on race day, regardless of the distance, the Saucony Endorphin Pros will be right there with me at the start line.

What is the difference between endorphin pro and endorphin speed?
The Endorphin Pro features a thinner and reduced upper reminiscent of racing flats while the Endorphin Speed features a more traditional light and airy mesh that Saucony has used in other shoes in the past. There’s a little bit more padding around the heel of the Endorphin Speed compared to the Pro, but not a lot more.
