Highly carbonated, low bitterness and a light ‘spice’ kick. Not a bad overall pilsner. Like the name! This beer has a really peculiar grainy and bready taste without the repulsive sweetness or ipa-like hoppiness that most other craft lagers I have tried so far have, very dry, crispy and tasty stuff.
