How does control undead work?

As an action, you target one undead creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target must obey your commands for the next 24 hours, or until you use this Channel Divinity option again.

At the end of the spell, the subjects revert to their normal behavior. Intelligent undead creatures remember that you controlled them.

Does revivify work on undead?

Raise Dead even calls out not being able to revive undead, but Revivify does not. It’s a creature turning into another creature either way. Or, more accurately, it’s a creature changing its type either way.

Do Death Knights bleed?

The Death Knight being Undead is immune to effects of poison, disease, bleeding, as you need to be living in order for those things to really affect you.
