Adding new planes to your airline is a great way to increase your cash flow. Unfortunately you can’t buy new planes with coins. You have to use “Bux.” Bux are earned by leveling up or by transporting special passengers and cargo. You can also earn Bux by tapping them as they fly past your planes at random intervals.

Step 2: Join a Flight Crew If you have signed into Game Center, you can tap Menu in the bottom-right corner of the Pocket Planes interface, then tap Flight Crew in the menu. In the Flight Crew screen, you will see “Active Flight Crew” at the top. By default, your flight crew is your Game Center name.

Global Events usually occur in everybody’s game at the same time. To participate in these events, you must have a Game Center account, good wifi, and send a job to the event location. These jobs will be visible after buying the airport where the event is located.
