Instructions
- Rinse tomatoes and pat dry.
- Lay the slices on the dehydrator trays, in a single layer.
- Set the dehydrator to 130 – 135F.
- Once the tomatoes are 100% COMPLETELY dry, peel them off of the trays and place them in your blender or food processor.
- Tomato powder is wonderful stuff!
