How do I connect my U-Verse modem?

Here’s how to set up your AT connection:

  1. Connect one end of the green data cable to the green broadband port on your gateway.
  2. Connect the other end to the AT Broadband jack in your wall.
  3. Connect the black power cord to the back of your gateway, and plug it into an electrical outlet.

Many receiver problems can be fixed by restarting your receiver. To do this, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. This takes 5-8 minutes and will impact any DVR recordings in progress. If you have multiple receivers, reboot your wireless gateway by unplugging it from its power source.
