Does Tenso ship to Japan?
As a general rule, we don’t ship domestically within Japan. However, if your package meets one of the following conditions, we can accept domestic shipping. Due to customs regulations, tenso.com determines that your parcel cannot be shipped overseas, and we contact you.
What is tenso Japan?

- Get your address. Log in at tenso.com and obtain your tenso address on “My Page”.
- Enter your tenso address as your shipping address.

How do I buy Yuyutei?
- Create a tenso account. Like previously mentioned, Tenso will provide you with a Japanese address to ship to.
- Create a YYT account. Fill in the relevant information and have your shipping address be the Tenso address.
- Make a YYT order.
- The package gets sent to Tenso.
How does Tenso Japan work?
You go to a Japanese website that sells something. You order the item, and have it shipped to your tenso.com address (the address is free). The package is then sent to them, located in Tokyo. They get the package, and then send it to you at a discounted rate.
How long will Tenso hold packages?
60 days
The package can be stored at the warehouse for free in 60 days after being registered to your My Page. Once the storage period expired, we will dispose of the packages based on our terms of service.
Is Japan Post still shipping to Australia?
