Cricut has decided to retire all Cricut Cartridges. They are no longer in production, but they all can be used with every Legacy Cricut Machine. Cricut Mini is the only one that will not work with Cricut Cartridges.
Is Cricut Expression outdated?
Being an older model, the Expression has been discontinued from the official Cricut store and there are only limited stocks available on Amazon. From our experience, the best place to pick up the machine in 2021 is on eBay where it can be snapped up for under $100.

Ensure your Cricut Explore machine (Air 2 or older) is powered on and connected to your computer via USB cable, or insert the Cartridge Adapter into a USB port on your computer. Select Link Cartridges from the Account Menu in the upper left corner of Design Space. Select your device from the drop-down menu.
