Does clear ray really work?

Your ClearRay system basically slows or inhibits the growth of bacteria using a spectrum of light called UV-C. It does not however kill bacteria and it does not stop bacteria from finding its way into your hot tub. It’s for this reason that maintaining a level of sanitizer in your water is still important.

What does jacuzzi clear Ray do?

How do I know ClearRay is working?

Yes, the green light is indicating power and the red indicates the UV-C bulb is properly connected and is working, but only when your CLEARRAY™ unit is in operation. When the unit is not generating UV-C such as in between filtration cycles both lights will remain in the off position.

How long does a clear ray bulb last?

Is UV worth it in a hot tub?

How do I purify my hot tub water?
