If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a Kogan.com Exclusive Brand product, you can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product for an account credit of the purchase price of your product (excluding initial delivery charges).

You may cancel your Kogan First membership at any time by logging into your Kogan account. selecting Kogan First from the menu, and then clicking “Cancel Renewal”.

Yes. If your SIM card remains unused for 90 days, you will not be able to keep your existing mobile phone number, and your service will be deactivated. Once your mobile number is deactivated, Kogan Mobile is unable to retrieve it for you.

What happens if I don’t recharge prepaid?
Your service will become inactive and you will not be able to make calls or use data. If you don’t recharge your service, your mobile number will be disconnected after 90 days.

When your SIM Pack arrives, simply activate it online by visiting koganmobile.co.nz. During this process, you’ll have the option to transfer (port) your number to Kogan Mobile. Most transfers take less than 4 business hours. It’s that easy!

Kogan says: They’ll refund a faulty product within the first 6 months only. (Products over $1000, excluding consumables.) Australian consumer law says: Consumers can expect expensive items to last longer than 6 months and are entitled to a refund if they don’t.
