@Doglover001 the usual solution for this is to switch off your Sky box and your router at the plug. Wait 30 seconds before restarting your router and a other 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box. Then see if it will connect.

Turn off your router at the plug at the same time as you turn off your Sky box. Turn the router back on after 30 seconds or so and wait another 4 minutes before turning on your Sky box. As before, wait until the Sky box has fully restarted before reconnecting the wireless connector. Then see if it will connect.

Hi @PAndrewB Try a basic reboot, router first, remove the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot the main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then reboot any Mini boxes you may have.

The easiest way to restart or reboot your Sky router is to unplug it from the electricity outlet. Then wait a little, for about 10 seconds and then plug it back into the electricity outlet. Wait until the router becomes stable again. Hopefully the no internet light on the Sky router will be fixed.
