Are M-Audio keyboards good?
Are M-Audio keyboards good?
Great keyboard to learn piano on, and use for virtual instruments! Keys are very realistic, feel great and sound wonderful. I also like that it doesn’t have so many buttons and nobs as other keyboards have, this probably is less useful if your a real pro, but i find it just great for what i do.
Is keystation good?
The weighting and velocity sensitivity is well balanced for a range of players that don’t want the expense or expressivity of a hammer-action keyboard. Keystation 88 Mk3 gives you a whole lot of keys, a basic MIDI controller set and the key components of a DAW transport, and it does so for a very good price.
Are M-Audio good?
For the money, these are good little speakers, well suited to small rooms. For DJ practising, podcasting, livestreaming, even beat making, they’ll be good enough. I wouldn’t use them for full-on music production: they are too small and not as accurate as much more expensive speakers.
How do I reset my keystation 88?
You can reset the Keystation Pro 88 back to the factory defaults on power-up by holding down the +/- buttons. This will reset all controllers, their parameters and newly saved presets back to the default state. Note: Restoring the factory presets will erase all controller setups stored to memory.

Is it worth getting a MIDI keyboard?
As a general rule, it is worth having a MIDI keyboard in your home studio. Recording MIDI parts played on a keyboard is far easier than entering them in a piano roll editor or on-screen keyboard. Parts recorded from a keyboard also avoid sounding robotic, having been played by an actual human being.
Can I learn to play piano with a MIDI keyboard?
To answer your question, yes. You can learn how to play piano by practicing on a midi keyboard. If possible I would suggest that you procure an 88 key midi keyboard that has hammer weighted keys.
