BEST TIME TO VISIT The Penguin Parade is busy year-round, peaking at Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year and school holidays, when it’s wise to book a month in advance. Go in late autumn or early spring when it’s not too cold and sunset is earlier so the kids can avoid a late night.
