How do I Recontract StarHub online?

Simply log in to the online store with your Hub iD and select either “New Sign Up” or “Recontract”. We will then check your eligibility for your selected option. If you do not have a Hub iD account, you can sign up here for free. You can also check your recontract eligibility on My StarHub App.

How do I update my StarHub box?

Please ensure that your StarHub TV+ Box software is up to date. At the login screen, navigate to the Settings icon at the bottom right and go to Device Preferences > About > System update > Check for update. You will be notified of any new software update if it is available.
