The Suprefact® nasal spray and injection is used to shut off or turn down your own hormone production in your pituitary gland and prevent you from ovulating too early.

If there is any doubt, a pregnancy test is recommended (see CONTRAINDICATIONS). Patients should be advised that if they miss or postpone a dose of SUPREFACT, ovulation may occur with the potential for conception.
