Abs Blast is a 30 minute session focusing on those all important abdominals (six pack) and your core strength. Guaranteed to nip in your waist line and help to give you the tone and definition you want. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
What is core blast?
Core Blast Core Blast is a short yet challenging workout which targets your abs, back and midriff. A strong core can help with balance, posture and overall strength. When you have a strong core, everything improves, like your co-ordination, balance and flexibility.

Fat Blast® This class is made up of interval training and the alternation of exercises with bursts of high intensity in an effort to maximise your fat burning potential* and it’s a great place to begin your fitness journey or to help you lose those last few stubborn inches to reach your final goal*.
Does FLYEfit have showers?
A FLYEfit Membership gives you access to our gyms which have all the latest, high quality equipment from high performance equipment to cardio machines and everything in between. We are advising members to come ready to train but showers are open. Locker rooms are available for storage.
What are V sit crunches?
The V-sit ab exercise builds core strength by working multiple areas of the core at the same time, while also challenging your balance. In this exercise, you sit with legs extended and torso off the ground, your body forming a V shape.
What is body toning exercise?
Toning exercises are physical exercises that are used with the aim of developing a physique with a large emphasis on musculature. In this context, the term toned implies leanness in the body (low levels of body fat), noticeable muscle definition and shape, but not significant muscle size (“bulk”).
Do all athletes have abs?

What is total body workout class?
Total Body Workout class content will change weekly between general fitness, toning, strength & fat burning exercises. All areas of the body will be targeted using weights and body weight exercises to give that all over body work out.
Can I bring a friend to FLYEfit?
FLYEfit Rules & Regulations. Members must use their unique chosen card on each visit to gain access to FLYEfit and must not share their Access Card with anyone else. Member’s access and Member usage is monitored by CCTV to ensure the safety and security of our Members.
