Is Hurricane 3 neo good for backhand?
A really great rubber for intermediate and league players. It is VERY tacky so you can produce a lot of spin, especially on forehand loops and spinny serves. On backhand shots i find it is a little slower but you get great control. I agree with the Gears rating as you can play very short, slow serves and chops easily.
Is boosting rubber illegal?
ITTF rules – while unenforceable – are clear. Boosting is illegal and boosted rubbers should not be used in sanctioned tournaments.
