Are all B&Q products available to buy online? We stock many popular products online, but unfortunately due to the nature and size of some of our products we do not currently sell the complete B&Q range online. However you can research over 35,000 products and check range in your local store.

Can you return opened items to B&Q?

We want you to be delighted with your products but if you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 90 days. How do you click and collect?

How do I purchase items using click and collect? Find the item you want to purchase on the store’s website, if they offer click and collect, simply purchase the item online and then pick it up at the store once you receive a ‘ready to collect’ notification sent to your email/phone.

How long do you have to click and collect at B&Q?

We’ll hold your Click + Collect order in store for 7 days. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days, we’ll automatically cancel your order and issue a refund.

Can you take paint back to B&Q without receipt?

You’ll need your receipt, sales advice or order confirmation and your original payment method, and we can exchange the product or issue a refund. For Click + Collect you will also need to bring valid identification.
