How does Deathtouch work against first strike?

Creatures with deathtouch deal damage during the regular combat damage step. Fortunately, if you block a creature with deathtouch with a creature with first strike or double strike, your creature will deal damage during the first strike damage step, before the deathtouch creature can return fire.

Does Deathtouch apply to first strike?

When your creature deals combat damage in the first strike damage step, it will kill its blocker because of deathtouch. The blocker won’t be around in the normal combat damage step to assign damage.

Does trample still work with Deathtouch?
