Course Format The Complete Lymphedema Certification Course consists of 135 hours of intermediate-level education. I took the LANA exam in May and passed! I used the Klose certification manual, online Klose resources, and the green lymphedema book Guenter recommended. The exam was difficult with a lot of emphasis on the blood circulation system and the difference between the blood and lymph circulation.
