Can you replace the inside of a hot tub cover?

Q: Can the foam panels inside of a Hot Tub Works cover be replaced without buying the entire cover? A: Yes! We sell replacement foam panels for our own Hot Tub Works spa covers.

Does it matter if hot tub cover is too big?

If the cover is too big, you’ll end up losing water from condensation. The cover could also easily break around the edges and a strong wind could even lift the cover right off your tub. On the other hand, if the cover is too small you can lose heat, you won’t have a proper seal, and the acrylic won’t be protected.

Does a hot tub cover have to fit exactly?

Measure Correctly: State measurements in inches, not feet. Round-up length and width to the nearest inch. A cover that is slightly larg- er (even 1-2 inches) than the spa will fit and function just fine, but a cover that is significantly too small may suffer some loss in heat retention.

  • Sign #1: Your hot tub cover is sagging in the middle.
  • Sign #2: The outer vinyl is torn, cracked, and/or discolored.
  • Sign #3: The cover is much heavier and difficult to remove.
  • Sign #4: The straps, locks, or hinges are broken.
  • Sign #5: Your hot tub cover emits a foul odor.
