How do you get into UF Innovation Academy?
To apply to the Innovation Academy, freshman applicants should indicate interest in the Innovation Academy on their UF undergraduate admissions application. There is also an additional short essay on the UF application for students interested in IA. For more information, visit here.
What is the Innovation Academy at UF?
IA is an undergraduate spring/summer program that teaches innovation through an innovation minor embedded in +25 majors across seven colleges, and we offer vast co-curricular experiences including a living-learning community and multiple program-specific student organizations.
Can you minor at UF?
The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LS) offers 48 minors. There are over 100 minors available to residential students at UF.
How many minors can you have at UF?
Additional information may be found on ONE. UF under your degree audit. You may only select ONE minor per form. If you are applying for multiple minors, you will need to complete a form for each individual minor.
Can UF PaCE students live on campus?
While PaCE students cannot reside in on-campus housing until their transition, our Off Campus Life at UF can help students locate off-campus housing.
Is it good to have two minors?
Value of a Minor Double-minoring allows you to explore two areas that interest you personally or that you think you may want to specialize in during graduate school. Since most graduate school students pick a specialty, a double-minor will help you on your way to choosing that specialty.
Can I triple major at UF?
Students applying for triple majors/degrees must: Already be admitted to one of the majors and have between 45 and 96 hours (not including AP, IB, dual enrollment, or overseas study credit). Meet the minimum 3.5 UF GPA required if one or more of the three majors/degrees are in CLAS.
