Thatchers Katy is a light, softly sparkling medium dry cider. It’s crafted from the finest Katy dessert apples, known for their bright red appearance and a fresh juicy taste. What you may not expect are the distinctive strawberry aromatic notes.
What does Thatchers Katy taste like?
It has a very fragrant and floral smell too. I take in my first sip and it’s fairly sweet, has mild acidity/tanginess/sourness and a lightly drying, crisp finish. It’s a lot better than the likes of Old Rascal, but it just doesn’t have enough depth to it.

Thatchers Rosé is a sweet sparkling cider. We blend dessert apples like the tangy Cripps Pink, with the honey-notes of Fuji and the floral aroma of Gala. All perfectly crafted with a distinctive rosy colour.
