If replacing an air cleaner and adding more air: Yes. Yes… your bike runs lean, 14.7:1, however, it’ll run all day long there. Doing a Stage-I remap only raises rev limiter, and the a/f back to the original 14.7:1, to make up for the addition of air, via an open air filter AND addition of pipes.

Actually, you cannot turn off RDRS if you have it. You CAN turn off traction control using the left bar control, but that does not effect RDRS. The only way to disable RDRS is to load a non-RDRS tune using a Harley tuner, but that will change other settings as well which may not be optimal for your bike.

Does exhaust void Harley warranty?

A Harley warranty is also voided if you install off-road or performance-enhancing parts, such as an aftermarket exhaust or an electronic fuel injection (EFI) tuner.
