How does Gymbox work?
Members can book online from 10:00am, 7 days in advance of the class. A member cannot book onto classes that overlap each other. GYMBOX operate with a “three strikes” non-attendance rule, whereby three no shows in any 30 day rolling period will result in a one-week advance booking restriction.
Can I cancel a gym membership within 14 days?
Some gyms might offer a “cooling off” period if you change your mind within 14 days of signing up. However, if the membership doesn’t work for you or doesn’t offer what you expect, many will charge you an exit fee if you want to leave before the minimum term is up.

5.1 If you wish to cancel your Recurring Membership that is still within the validity period, you may inform the Club in writing, via email to [email protected], at least 3 working days in advance. Cancellation will be effective after your commitment period ends (For monthly recurring only).
