Every University of Maryland (UMD) student interested in on-campus residence hall housing must submit the Residence Hall Housing and Dining Agreement through the Department of Resident Life. To apply, you will need to create your Directory ID and password.
When can I apply for housing at UMD?
Apply for Housing Applying after May 1 will affect your ability to secure residence hall housing for Fall 2022. Housing assignments are based on the date the Housing Agreement is submitted and space availability. Students may submit the Housing Agreement before accepting admission to the University.
