We’re delighted to announce that we have awarded the 2025 World Masters Games to Taipei and New Taipei city in Taiwan. The Games, which is officially the world’s largest multi-sport participatory event, will have its eleventh edition in 2025 after previously visiting Canada, Italy, Australia, Denmark and New Zealand.

Where there aren’t specific Masters Rules the default minimum age for the event is 30 years of age as at 31 December 2022. For some sports (e.g. swimming and figure skating) the minimum age will be lower.
